Copies of the Guidebook are available for parishes, faith sharing groups, schools, and ministries groups at www.catholicevangelizer.com. There is also a CD with a VIDEO EXPLANATIONS of the stages in the festival project, handouts, audio training, variations of the festival offered in 2008 and videos of the children's song above. in parishes, we recommend that planning and preparations for the  Festival process begin by AUGUST since this is a six month project that includes parishwide training, the carol event and followup. Smaller groups and organizations could begin planning and training in September. Meanwhile, a parish group or ministry could add carol singing to a pre-existing event with an eye toward using the process next year.
